Lower Primary Winning Enrichment

Classes are conducted in small groups at the respective homes of our Lower Primary Teacher Associates. The cumulative effect of teaching language strategies from Pre-School through Primary is omnipotent. At the lower primary level, our team of Teacher Associates are trained to tap and build on the learning strategies imparted at the Pre-School level and take learning to greater metacognitive heights. Not only are they committed to see each child excel at the Lower Primary phase but also to ensure a fluid academic progression of the child to the Upper Primary level.

Our lower primary programmes not only place emphasis on the mastery of grammatical and mechanical competencies but also on the ability to write creatively with an eye for detail, clarity, originality and logic.

Courses Available  
Lower Primary Winning Enrichment is for children in Primary 1 to 3. The syllabus includes intensive weekly creative writing, comprehension, vocabulary building and mastering the grammatical mechanisms of the language.

Our strategic Creative Writing framework is designed to encourage our learners to grow beyond uninspired composition. It is structured to help unlock our students’ writing potential and encourage clear, vivid and lively writing. With the fundamental concepts of the language in place at the lower primary level, our students will be taught to write expositions, narratives and personal recounts in an interesting and creative way.

Our curriculum contents are also formulated to help students respond to the challenges of comprehension by imparting a variety of cognitive skills such as analyzing, synthesizing, critical reading and evaluating. Materials are kept current and relevant. Lessons are interactive and strategically structured to engage the learner, encourage active participation and to inspire learning.
